the apprenticeship contract, with no maximum age limit for the employment of a person who looks out for the first time to a particular profession.
the 3-term contract, whose use will be severely limited to cases of:
a) seasonal jobs
b) replacement of workers with the right to retain the post
c) for specific events, events or performances
