Traveling To Canada For A Year

A new labor market

My idea is that of a new labor market, simple, where the removal of the possibility of exploiting workers.

too widespread are the practices adopted by companies to exploit young people and workers in general, I refer in particular to what happens in professional studies: studies of labor consulting, lawyers, accountants, engineers etc. etc..

They take to work of youth, they promise that they will be taught a profession, and not to make any employment contract, these guys are not paid because they are "framed" as trainees or interns and are therefore not even recognize the 'basic right to remuneration.

Then in daily practice these guys are actually used for repetitive, routine, with virtually no training content. After the period of internship or apprenticeship, the employer obviously does not take the trained person because having the opportunity to continue to use the instrument of the internship or apprenticeship will prefer to take another guy who does not demand any right or pay contributions.

The end of the expiry of the period of training, these children find themselves without a penny in my pocket, without a shred of pension contribution and without adequate training.

My proposal is therefore to do away permanently with the types of internships and apprenticeships.

They are odious forms of real exploitation be chosen to be radically removed.

tool to be used by employers who want to train the employee will contract the apprenticeship.
