The Circle Left Ecology and Freedom "Upper Tiber Umbro" wishes to express its firm opposition to the project company of "Umbra Waters" to provide a operating company and purpose within the same company.
This project, second SEL, foreshadows corporate structures differ from those currently under concession, outsourcing of activities that are fully part of the mixed public-private institutions which have given the award by public tender.
as rightly pointed out the unions, the logic behind these unscrupulous operations is that, worn out, the "creative financing" that has caused so much damage to the country. Ultimately, only a ploy to circumvent some of the points placed at the corporate budget, and ensure greater profits to the private partner.
SEL believes that a major development project should be able to combine, not chopping. And that is to act as primary goals the reduction of tariffs and improving the quality of service. All things that the proposed division of "Umbra Water" seems to us not make it any easier to reach.
SEL therefore calls on the mayors of 38 municipalities members of "Umbra water" to meet the unions, which have submitted a request to that effect since last December 1 and to give precise answers to the question.
