Recent statements by the Regional Council of the PDL Lignani Andrea Marchesani, and of the Council of the League Gianluca Cirignoni, left, to say little amazed.
Lignani Marchesani and Cirignoni, regarding the tender of service 118, which has seen a successful cooperative bell
have in fact declared that it would have ensured an appropriate service and quality, rather than focus on the economic aspect.
Remarkable is the fact Marchesani and Cirignoni Lignani that have spoken out about the defense of the local workforce, and have insisted
that the cooperative has been awarded the contract was not umbra.
thing, we said, we do not just wonder, because in contradiction to an entire policy, that of the center, designed to save
(liberalize) the public services.
are very significant in this regard, the recent statements by Fiammetta Modena, a spokesman for the PDL League and the Umbria region. The
Modena, in line with what the center has always maintained, was greeted with enthusiasm a recent ruling by the Constitutional Court,
che ha respinto le obiezioni di sei regioni, fra cui l’Umbria, che ponevano paletti alla liberalizzazione dei servizi pubblici locali.
Il commento della Modena è esplicito: “le gare e il ricorso al mercato si confermano perciò come il naturale mezzo per individuare il gestore di servizi
pubblici locali”.
Noi di Sinistra Ecologia e Libertà ribadiamo (crediamo con ben altra coerenza di quella di Lignani Marchesani e Cirignoni) che vada ridefinito il concetto
di Bene pubblico, e che questo vada sottratto alle logiche di mercato.
Il concetto che deve ritornare centrale è quello della non-escludibilità del cittadino dalla fruizione di un certo bene o servizio. Che only means that
that good or service, considered non-disabled can not be public, and therefore saving through privatization.
The service is fully part of the 118 among the non-excludable goods, and therefore public. And therefore we believe that the tender
simply not go without.
But, and this is the point or to the Town of Castle or elsewhere.
