Regarding the recent meeting, held in the hall of the Municipal Council, and having as its object the global economic crisis as seen from the perspective of local development, We would reiterate the following points. We Left Ecology and Freedom we believe it is important to equip our region with all the infrastructure needed for development. As shown by many employers these interventions, we believe it is important to accelerate on E 78 and the plate logistics. There seems, however, regard, very serious in the context of projects, is still lacking that connection to the national rail network that many, including ourselves, deem necessary. We look just the comments of the president of CNA, Coltrioli Enzo, the difficulty of access to credit by small businesses; the need to develop research and innovation; ; the difficulties of small businesses about non-payment by public bodies; the need for business of "networking", and develop a supply chain more efficient and rational. However, we believe that in the debate there was, so to speak, no a very important that the need for a change in the direction of redistribution of wealth. It is certainly not to dust off the old egalitarian ideologies: it comes to taking a pragmatic recognition of the need to put money in their pockets to the people. Because, as stated a wise old adage: "if the money does not run the economy has stagnated." It is therefore to become aware of the fact that in recent decades, wealth is increasingly concentrated in few hands. And that, far from producing investment has instead produced substantial flight of capital to so-called "tax havens". According to a recent survey of Corriere della Sera, since 1990 on capital income has increased from 30 to 45%, exactly the same percentage which decreased income from work. And do not give the blame to the "usual" China, because this is a matter entirely within our economy. We believe that this situation is untenable, and we believe it is dutiful by all (including entrepreneurs) , acknowledged about the impossibility for those earning € 900 per month, to spend, and then to "turn" the economy. E 'useless if we speak of short chains for goods produced in our country can not be sold on our territory (remember, in this regard, that Umbria is a region where wages are lower, and is one of the regions in which the percentages are higher for concerning temporary work).
